I was doing deadlift and suddenly I blacked out.

The next thing I knew is that I was in a cave and the demons have started attacking. I don't know how but I was certain that if I collected 12 of those glowing spheres while preventing the demons from hitting me by jumping over them, I would return do the real world and have the power to finish my deadlift.
